The Chef de Partie is responsible for the following tasks in collaboration with the head chef and the sous chef:
- Managing and preparing the dishes in your area while ensuring high quality standards
- Control and selection of the required raw materials, ensuring their quality and freshness
- Working actively with the kitchen team to provide the best possible dining experience for guests
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Keep his/her workplace clean and organized
- Show a willingness to cooperate with colleagues in the kitchen and waiters in the dining room and contribute to a harmonious working environment
We aks
- several years of experience in this role, preferably in companies of the same category
- very good knowledge of cooking techniques and raw materials
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage a team independently
- Flexibility, dynamism and professional teamwork
