Your tasks

• Collaboration and execution of tasks assigned by the head patissier
• Preparation of pastries, cookies and breakfast products as well as sliced fruit and fruit salad
• Production of cakes for the afternoon offer of the hotel bar, e.g. strudel, Linzer, Sachertorte
• Preparation of desserts for the bistro menu at lunchtime
• Preparation of desserts for the traditional tasting menu, the menu of the day and the vegan menu
• Preparation of traditional desserts for the dessert buffet once a week as well as modern cakes and individual portions
• Maintaining storage and cold storage rooms in compliance with correct storage, hygiene and best-before dates
• Tidiness and above all cleanliness in the workplace
• Good organization and division of work
• Sustainable handling of the equipment and goods
