Assistant to the management for HR and quality management

full-time

Your tasks:

• Management of employees, registration and deregistration as well as wage control
• Inventory and control of the flow of goods
• Constant quality control in all departments of the hotel
• Small talk with the guests in the hotel
• Invoice and delivery note control
• Monthly and annual financial statements
• Comparing offers and maintaining contact with suppliers
• Plan, act, control and manage quality development

We are looking for

• several years of professional experience in the hotel and catering industry
• Completed training as a hotel manager is an advantage
• leadership qualities
• a high sense of responsibility and a loyal way of working
• quick comprehension and ability to learn
• good knowledge of working on a PC including AsaJ hotel software
• Loyalty, ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Independent and autonomous work and good organizational skills
• very good language skills in German, Italian & English
• Cordiality in dealing with guests and their concerns
