Your tasks

• Responsibility for the smooth check-in and check-out of our guests
• Cordial care of our guests during their stay
• Active room sales
• Guest correspondence
• Preparation of internal documents
• Internal and external information transfer

• Receptionist with many years of experience in South Tyrolean hotel business
• high sense of responsibility
• quick comprehension
• good knowledge of ASA HOTEL software, Korrespodenzmanager, Giggle,
• loyalty, ability to work in a team and flexibility
• independent and autonomous work
• very good language skills in German, Italian & English
