Head of Beauty & Spa Department (m/f/d) - full-time

For our exclusive Beauty & Spa department we are looking for a committed, cordial and qualified manager (m/f/d) who inspires our guests and our team with professional competence, leadership and a high degree of empathy.

Your tasks

• Technical and organizational management of the entire beauty department
• Recruitment, management, motivation and further development of the team
• Training and induction of new employees and trainees
• Ensuring the highest quality and service standards
• Looking after and advising our guests
• Working closely with other departments (e.g. spa, reception, reservations)
• Ordering, managing and controlling the product inventory

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of cosmetics, wellness, health management or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally with management experience in a high-quality spa/hotel business
• well-groomed appearance, excellent manners and high service orientation
• High ability to work in a team
• very good knowledge of German and Italian and other language skills are an advantage
• Good sense of cleanliness and order
