Sommelier Deputy / Chef de Rang (f/m)

Are you a passionate host with a sound knowledge of wine, who takes care of the wishes and concerns of our guests and who would like to strengthen our team with commitment and great enthusiasm?
Then we are looking for you as Deputy Sommelier on 2-3 days per week and the remaining days as Chef de Rang.

Job description

• Responsibility for guest service - attentive and courteous
• Representation Sommelier: wine replenishment, wine recommendation, active wine sales and professional service of wine and sparkling wines as well as supporting and ensuring the smooth flow of service
• Compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Assistance with the apprentices

Your profile

• Completed training in the gastronomy sector
• Experience in upscale gastronomy
• proficiency in German and Italian and knowledge of English
• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Absolute guest and service orientation
• Friendliness and helpfulness
• Good knowledge of wine
• Team and communication skills as well as reliability
• Passion for the profession

• Choice between a 5-day, 5.5-day or 6-day week
