Job description

• Independent management of a post

• Production of any mis en place

• Coordination of individual work steps

• Co-responsible for the smooth running of the entire kitchen

• Collaboration in the creation and planning of dishes

• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards

Your profile

• Completed vocational training and professional experience in upscale cuisine

• Creative and independent work

• Appreciation of food products and attention to detail

• You are resilient, flexible, reliable and love to work in a team

• Pleasure and openness for own creations
