- Independent management of a post
- Production of any mis en place
- Coordination of individual work steps
- Co-responsible for the smooth running of the entire kitchen
- Collaboration in the creation and planning of dishes
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards

- Completed vocational training and professional experience in upscale cuisine
- Creative and independent working style
- Appreciation of food products and attention to detail
