Job description
- Preparation and processing of desserts, masses, doughs, creams, tarts, cakes, pastries, pralines as well as ice cream dishes
- Presentation, decoration and arrangement of dishes
- Quality control of goods
- Cleaning of work surfaces and equipment
- Compliance with hygiene measures
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a cook or patissier
- Flexibility, willingness and ability to work under pressure
- Clean and structured way of working with attention to detail
- High sense of quality and responsibility
- Very good knowledge of HACCP guidelines
- Team player, punctual and resilient personality
- Well groomed appearance
Worth knowing
- Choice between 5.5 or 6-day week
- Salary above the collective wage agreement - depending on qualifications
