Receptionist Nighshift (f/m/d)

The reception team is our figurehead, the first and last contact, the point of contact for information and requests! Would you also like to plan the ideal vacation for guests? We are looking for true organizational talent in the reception and reservations department.

Your tasks

• Providing professional and friendly service to guests
• Handling the daily tasks at reception, check-in and check-out and creating various printed materials, preparing accounts (e.g. daily closing)
• Sales-oriented handling of correspondence, taking into account our quality standards

Your profile

• Completed vocational training (ideally hotel management school) or already have initial experience in a comparable position
• Knowledge of ASA hotel software is an advantage
• Good language skills in German, Italian and English
• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Professionalism and passion
• Team spirit and reliability

Worth knowing

• Choice of 5 or 5.5-day week (part-time or full-time)
• Clear duty roster, regular working hours and fixed days off are a matter of course
