Cook for our bistrot m/f/d

Your Responsibilities

• Independent organization and management of the bistrot kitchen
• Preparing and finishing all dishes on the bistrot menu
• Mise-en-place and preparation for daily service
• Ensuring consistently high quality in terms of taste, presentation, and preparation
• Responsibility for the order, cleanliness, and organization of your own work area
• Inventory control and timely coordination of supply needs
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
• Working closely with the head chef as well as the service and bar teams
