To further develop our culinary operations, we are looking for a leader with a passion for service, organisation and hospitality. You have already gained experience in high-end service, think in a structured way, enjoy taking responsibility and want to make the next step towards F&B management? Your responsibilities:
Operational leadership & organisation

• Supporting the F&B management in organising and steering all culinary areas;
• close collaboration with the Maître, Head Chef and Bar Manager;
• ensuring smooth processes across service, kitchen, bar and bistro;
• supporting daily organisation and staff scheduling;
• contributing to the development of standards and processes.

Team leadership & development

• Supporting and guiding the service team's leaders;
• onboarding and developing new team members;
• delivering training sessions and briefings;
• fostering a positive team culture and service quality.

Quality management

• Ensuring our high service and quality standards;
• an active presence in operations and support with day-to-day challenges;
• handling guest feedback and complaints professionally.

Controlling & administration

• Supporting inventories and cost-of-goods controls;
• contributing to budget planning and forecasts;
• preparing reports and key-figure analyses;
• supporting projects to optimise processes and profitability.

Your profile:

• several years of experience in high-end service or hospitality;
• initial leadership experience an advantage (Chef de Rang, Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Maître, Maître or similar);
• strong organisational skills and a structured way of working;
• a high sense of quality and responsibility;
• enjoyment of team leadership and teamwork;
• interest in business and financial figures;
• very good German, Italian and English.
