YOU have:

a well-groomed and positive appearance
ideally experience in housekeeping or in the laundry
a high level of tidiness and hygiene awareness
an eye for detail and quality awareness
Organizational talent and a sense of responsibility
basic knowledge of working with machines (washing, drying and ironing equipment)
Very good knowledge of Italian and also basic knowledge of German or English

Your TASKS are:

Responsibility for all hotel laundry (washing, drying, ironing, sorting)
Organization and control of the laundry cycle
Care and proper handling of the machines
Reporting damage and maintenance requirements
Supporting and replacing the housekeeper in her absence
Checking the rooms and public areas according to cleaning standards
Coordination with the housekeeping team
Compliance with internal procedures and service standards
Ensuring hygiene and quality standards
Implementation of the hotel philosophy towards the guest
