Job Description

• Representation of the assigned area
• Safe and independent management of the station
• Receiving guest requests and suggestions
• Advising guests on menu selection and requests
  Information and explanation on the method of preparation, consequently prior consultation with the kitchen
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner service each with mis en place, table service and subsequent cleaning work

Your profile

• a completed apprenticeship in the gastronomy
• experience in the upscale gastronomy
• command of the German and Italian language as well as knowledge of English
• well-groomed appearance and good manners
• absolute guest and service orientation
• Friendliness and willingness to help
• Good wine knowledge
• team and communication skills as well as reliability
• passion for the profession

• Choice between 5 / 5.5 or 6-day week
• Salary above the collective - depending on qualifications
