We are looking to complement our kitchen team with a creative and passionate Chef de Partie. In our philosophy of an active and healthy lifestyle, the kitchen plays a central role. Using regional and high-quality products, our kitchen team prepares detailed dishes that delight the senses. The well-coordinated team creates a pleasant and inspiring work environment.

Your responsibilities include:

Preparing and cooking dishes independently, as well as guiding the Commis de Cuisine in their preparation;
Decorating and plating daily changing dishes;
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and at your workstation;
Collaborating with other members of the kitchen team to ensure maximum efficiency and food quality;
Adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations.

Your profile:

Completed training and ability to work independently;
Experience in the kitchen;
Team player;
Creativity and passion for cooking;
Fluent in German and/or Italian.
