SOUS CHEF (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OUR HOTEL GUESTS
- You work closely with the chef and the kitchen team
- You are responsible for your part and the preparation of the dishes
- You are the deputy of the chef and have the same responsibility in his absence
- Together with the team you will help to design the menus of our restaurants and set culinary highlights
- Your tasks include quality assurance and control, ensuring order and cleanliness, keeping track of your own stock of goods
- You monitor the portions and the use of goods
